Here you will be welcomed by a diverse community of mostly young professionals. The pools are a great place to hang-out and meet new freinds. Community activities are abundant and well planned-something to look forward to. I really do enjoy the Jewel ammenities-the Clubhouse is beautiful along with the pristine grounds and the apartments are more than priced fairly-with all the modern highend touches. Yes-five stars is both deserved and earned.

The amenities are top-notch-everything from the pool to the fitness center feels like a resort. The grounds are well-kept, and the staff here is incredible. They're always friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable and taken care of. They just had their grand opening, and the updates and improvements they've made are seriously impressive. It's in the perfect spot too-right between Destin and Panama City Beach-so you're close to the best beaches, great restaurants, and plenty of fun things to do nearby. Honestly, I'm so glad I made the move here. If you're looking for a place that feels like home from day one, definitely go check it out for yourself. You'll love it!

5/5 - Best Move I've Ever Made! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew this complex was something special. The leasing team made the entire move-in process incredibly smooth and welcoming-they answered all my questions, followed up promptly, and even left a welcome gift in the apartment on move-in day! The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and exactly as pictured (maybe even better!). High ceilings, tons of natural light, and you can tell everything was thoughtfully designed. The neighbors I've met so far have been friendly, and the whole community has such a peaceful, inviting feel. The amenities? Next level. From the sparkling pool to the gym, clubhouse, and walking trails-everything is clean, beautifully maintained, and actually functional, not just for show. Even the parking situation is well organized (which is rare these days). This place truly exceeded my expectations. If you're on the fence about moving in-do it. You won't regret it.

The staff are top notch. They respond quickly and thoroughly. The amenities are outstanding. There were no other developments anywhere near that had amenities to compare. It is well managed, very clean.

From the tour back in February I knew this was the place for me and my Fiancé! Amenities are perfect and 24/7! The apartment layout is spacious and everything is brand spanking new! Smart home so everything is controllable from your phone! Cameron got us moved in within 15 minutes which made unpacking quickly in the heat a breeze! Can't say enough about my experience so far and I've lived in many apartments! This is hands down the best you will find on 30A and it's a bargain at that! Keep up the great work Jewel team! Your residents love and appreciate you!

The property is clean and well maintained. The office staff were extremely helpful, and patient with us. The only complaint we have is the daunting task of the paperwork that had to be filled out and signed. We spent a lot of time on it and it was difficult to understand it all. Cameron is AWESOME!

We have had a great experience so far. All the staff are very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Great amenities and we can use our phones instead of a key fob to get into all of the common areas.

This location is quiet, in the forest and away from the hustle and bustle of the 30A Watersound area. The front office and the maintenance crew are all super nice people. The amenities make it feel like you are living in a resort.

Jewel has a reat community feel! The staff is very helpful and we just love Kylie. The coffee machine and golf simulator are a big hit and we are enjoying the pool environment and workout center, too. It is so nice to see the staff keeping the property neat, tidy, and clean.

I had a chance to tour the property Easter weekend. The apartments are very nice, new, with quality appliances. They also have contemporary colors and designs. I was most impressed with the amenities and outdoor areas. Several grilling areas and nice outdoor furnishings. The landscaping around the pool areas was top notch as well. I included photos of the common areas and most of the amenities. The apartments are reasonably priced and with the included amenities it seems to be a great choice for the money.

I recently had the pleasure of touring the Jewel at Santa Rosa Beach with Grace, the assistant property manager, who is phenomenal. She is so knowledgeable, detailed, and thorough. After viewing many units to get a feel for the different levels, views, and cabinet colors, I made my selection. Grace assisted me through the application process, as I knew immediately that this is where I want to call home. I would highly recommend Grace and the wonderful apartment community with top-notch amenities.

I absolutely love the Jewel at Santa Rosa Beach. The property is beautiful, and the location is prime. Also, the leasing consultants and managers are so kind. I had such a great experience here. I had toured so many other big complexes in the area, and immediately upon walking in I was treated with such a high level of hospitality and respect. Kylie gave me a tour of the property, she is the sweetest person ever and very knowledgeable about the property and what it offers. The units are all clean, with a good layout, and good features. The amenities the property offers are unlike any other. They have an appliance closet full of kitchen aid mixers, ninja appliances, pots, pans, and other cooking appliances that all residents are able to use temporarily. There are two very nice pools with high quality chairs and tables. I love the workout center that has a meditation egg in it...unheard of!! I love the fact that the staff and maintence staff live on site so they are quick to fix things. I am so excited to live here!!

My wife and I recently visited this development and we have decided that this is the place for us. When we walked in, we immediately were taken back by the decor And welcoming atmosphere. Brock was the awesome point of contact we had who was an amazing tour guide and even better host! We walked three units and were offered refreshments and light snacks the entire time. Awesome complex, brand new (2025). Staff is super helpful and patient, especially with those of us who are technically challenged. My best advice...go in person to complete the leasing process. It's lengthy and can be a bit confusing due to the security standards, but the staff will walk you through the entire process with a smile!

What a wonderful addition to Santa Rosa Beach. I recently toured Jewel at Santa Rosa and was very impressed by the amenities. Two beautiful pools, top notch gym and a yoga studio. The community clubhouse is beautifully decorated and houses a golf simulator, pool table and private work spaces. The property definitely gives beach vibes with the vibrant colors and tropical landscape. Apartments are spacious and have screened in balconies!

Just moved into this community! Amazing location and amenities. I love how close we are to Rosemary Beach. There are two pools and a fitness center, plus the clubhouse is amazing! I work from home, so the study rooms are perfect for me. Beautiful community. Cannot recommend enough.

Recently toured this apartment, and was very impressed! As soon as you walk in the clubhouse, it feels welcoming and like a place you'd want to live. The amenities are top-notch and well thought out, and the staff is very personable and helpful. The apartments are spacious and well-thought out in design, particularly with modern features, perfectly chosen color schemes, and natural light. Pools, fire pits, and the gym are all great amenities, and future trails being built will also be great additions. What also stood out were the amazing staged furnishings in the apartments and permanent furnishings in the clubhouse - they made the space feel incredibly inviting and sophisticated. Need specific information on interior designer and where she sourced her tasteful pieces! Highly recommend!
