We sold a house and decided to stay in one of the Townhouses while we shopped for a new one. After living the Jewel lifestyle, we have decided to stay for a while because the amenities and staff are amazing. We also don't have worries normally associated with homeownership. This is the perfect place have a home base while we travel to see family, friends and the world..

My best friend lives in this apartment complex, and after spending a lot of time here, I can honestly say it's an amazing place to live. Every time I visit, I'm impressed by how nice the amenities are and how well everything is kept. The community spaces are inviting and make it feel more like a resort than an apartment complex. I also love how dog-friendly it is. My friend's dogs are clearly happy here, and you can tell the community genuinely welcomes pets. There's plenty of space for walks, and everyone is friendly, which gives the whole place a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The location is another big win. It's the perfect distance from 30A-close enough to easily enjoy the beaches, restaurants, and shopping, but far enough away to avoid the heavy traffic and crowds. Every visit feels like a mini getaway without the chaos. They also do AMAZING giveaways quite often, so you can enter and win some good things for your apartment! If I were looking to move to the area myself, this complex would definitely be at the top of my list. Highly recommend!

In all of my years renting apartments I've never had such a great experience. Whether it's the friendly staff in the leasing office, the exceptional facilities, or the residents themselves, renting at The Jewel is second to none. To whom it may concern: My experience upon moving into the Jewel as of December 1, 2025 has been nothing short of exceptional! I say this as someone who has had a lifetime of professional interactions as a career US Navy Chief Petty Officer, a High School teacher, and Surf Rescue Lifeguard on our beaches in South Walton County and Okaloosa County under the Destin Fire Dept. starting in 2011 to 2021. I dealt with the public everyday in all its manifestations. Sometimes under the most intense situations people find themselves in. One becomes ambassadorial to be successful. I say all this because I see the same principles in everyone's job. Certainly here at the Jewel. The folks up front, Cameron, Grace, Kylie, Brock supervising, maintenance man Ben, and others taking care of the infrastructure, have all been courteous, kind, friendly, and predisposed to offer help at a moment's notice. The property is impressive. I've seen no grumpiness, or any predilection to "treating the customer/renter" as a numerical value. I applaud and appreciate that. I've "talked up" this place to others, and perhaps they will move here or steer others in this direction. So, in summary I will say Thank You for exceeding my expectations. This was the smoothest move in process I have ever had. The staff is on top of every you could possibly need and has great communication. The property itself is amazing, very quiet, very clean. When it comes to maintenance needs you will never have to wait long for them to resolve your issue! I can't recommend this place enough.

Jewel is a wonderful property. The amenities are excellent. I am most fond of the flex space in the gym. It is inviting and well equipped for workouts that differ from machine enhanced workouts. Yoga, Zoomba, circuit workouts and much more can be explored in the space. Plus it has a meditation pod. The amenities are focused on well-being and personal growth. I find that attractive in a community living environment. All of this is amazing but the administration team is really what makes Jewel shine. Brock is responsive and professional. 5 months in and no complaints. The property is set just off the main road but this depth allows it to be extremely quiet at night which is a big bonus in my opinion. All of the amenities are maintained well as are the common areas and other than basic maintenance issues my apartment has been wonderful.

Efficiency

Maintenance always takes care of whatever minor need I have. It's all brand new so nothing major is ever wrong but when something small comes up Benny and his team take care of it with haste like it's an emergency situation. I mean it when I say maintenance and the office staff are simply the best there is and always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Many of the office staff live on site and it shows they truly want this to be the best place to live for everyone! My wife and I truly appreciate you guys keep up the great work!

Me and my husband were on the look for more luxury apartments and this one was in my top 3. Great amenities, close to our favorite restaurant and spa, plus dog friendly. Our favorite layouts were the two bedroom apartment Jade and the two bedroom townhouse. We toured both and everything was perfect except for the carpets ??. Now the carpets were very cleaned that wasn't the issue at all. We just hate carpet immensely. The carpets are in the bedroom and closet not that the location matters as I hate it anywhere. I find them tacky/gross first off and secondly if you have kids or furbabies you know how messy carpets can get and how much hassle it is to deep clean them. Another reason is that my husband has very awful allergies especially during season time and with carpets they often harbor a lot of bacteria/allergens if not deep cleaned regularly every week sometimes more depending on carpet or season, no thank you on that! I was very disappointed as carpets are a huge deal breaker for me and everything else was literally perfect. Luxury apartments that are actually LUXURY are so hard to find in the areas I like even in rosemary there are so many that claim to be luxury but don't live up to it by any means. Hence my disappointment as this place was actually a luxurious apartment, outstanding amenities, great location, and we loved the floor plans it would have worked out beautifully for us. Without out the carpets my rating for them would have been 5 stars. If they ever decide to rip out the carpets and replace them with the wood they have in the rest of the apartment I would definitely keep them in mind but alas until then we will keep searching.

Thermostat was "frozen" at same temperature all weekend. Maintenance was able to correct the problem quickly.

I have always done apartment living and not only is this the most gorgeous building I've ever lived in, but it was the easiest move-in process I've experienced. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and having all the apps accessible makes getting around that much easier.

To start the apartments are a great size and the value for dollar is great! Tons of nice amenities you will actually use. The front desk team is awesome at getting any maintenance requests fulfilled quickly. I would recommend!

If you've ever dreamed of living somewhere that's close enough to smell the salt air but far enough away that you're not dodging tourists in flip-flops 24/7, The Jewel is your spot. The walls are sturdy enough that I can binge-watch Netflix crime documentaries without my neighbors thinking I'm a suspect. The pool? Perfect for pretending I'm in a music video when no one's around. And the maintenance crew? Basically superheroes - I half expect them to start wearing capes. Plus, the location is dangerously close to amazing restaurants and grocery stores. In short: 10/10 would recommend. Move here before the rest of Santa Rosa Beach finds out about this place and there's a waitlist longer than the line at Blue Mountain Creamery on a Saturday.

The management team and staff are extremely kind and professional. The application process was very easy to navigate through. Move-in was flawless. Everyone on the property is ready and willing to help with anything you need. The property is well-maintained and has excellent maintenance personnel. New construction and dog friendly. I recently moved into Jewel Santa Rosa Beach Apartments after about a month of reviewing rental options from Inlet Beach to Destin. Of all properties I toured, none were as consistent as Jewel when it came to customer service over phone, in-person or email. Grace assisted me throughout the leasing process and answered every question I threw her way. Both on-site maintenance crew members, Benny (Supervisor) and Neil, have been prompt and exceptional in every interaction. The amenities and vibe on-site at Jewel outshine typical apartment living in Santa Rosa Beach.

Everything about the Jewel is first class! The management team, Broc and Cameron are the first line pivot point exuberating the Jewel's Southern Hospitality charm! Here you will be welcomed by a diverse community of mostly young professionals. The pools are a great place to hang-out and meet new freinds. Community activities are abundant and well planned-something to look forward to. I really do enjoy the Jewel ammenities-the Clubhouse is beautiful along with the pristine grounds and the apartments are more than priced fairly-with all the modern highend touches. Yes-five stars is both deserved and earned.

I'm so happy to call this beautiful community home. The apartments are spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and feel truly luxurious. The amenities are top-notch-everything from the pool to the fitness center feels like a resort. The grounds are well-kept, and the staff here is incredible. They're always friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable and taken care of. They just had their grand opening, and the updates and improvements they've made are seriously impressive. It's in the perfect spot too-right between Destin and Panama City Beach-so you're close to the best beaches, great restaurants, and plenty of fun things to do nearby. Honestly, I'm so glad I made the move here. If you're looking for a place that feels like home from day one, definitely go check it out for yourself. You'll love it!

5/5 - Best Move I've Ever Made! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I knew this complex was something special. The leasing team made the entire move-in process incredibly smooth and welcoming-they answered all my questions, followed up promptly, and even left a welcome gift in the apartment on move-in day! The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and exactly as pictured (maybe even better!). High ceilings, tons of natural light, and you can tell everything was thoughtfully designed. The neighbors I've met so far have been friendly, and the whole community has such a peaceful, inviting feel. The amenities? Next level. From the sparkling pool to the gym, clubhouse, and walking trails-everything is clean, beautifully maintained, and actually functional, not just for show. Even the parking situation is well organized (which is rare these days). This place truly exceeded my expectations. If you're on the fence about moving in-do it. You won't regret it.

So far so good. Only complaint is the fickle elevator in my building(which management is acutely aware of). Other than that Brock and his team took great care of getting me in and with little to no issues

The staff are top notch. They respond quickly and thoroughly. The amenities are outstanding. There were no other developments anywhere near that had amenities to compare. It is well managed, very clean.

We recently moved in and made this our home from moving out of state. The leasing office has been great and accommodating for us, as moving in from far away is always tough with kids and pets. I can say that we love the location and all of the amenities on site. Great place to call home!

From the tour back in February I knew this was the place for me and my Fiancé! Amenities are perfect and 24/7! The apartment layout is spacious and everything is brand spanking new! Smart home so everything is controllable from your phone! Cameron got us moved in within 15 minutes which made unpacking quickly in the heat a breeze! Can't say enough about my experience so far and I've lived in many apartments! This is hands down the best you will find on 30A and it's a bargain at that! Keep up the great work Jewel team! Your residents love and appreciate you!

The property is clean and well maintained. The office staff were extremely helpful, and patient with us. The only complaint we have is the daunting task of the paperwork that had to be filled out and signed. We spent a lot of time on it and it was difficult to understand it all. Cameron is AWESOME!

We have had a great experience so far. All the staff are very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Great amenities and we can use our phones instead of a key fob to get into all of the common areas.

Used to have Brock and Cam at The Tyde. They have been great in getting me set up here at The Jewel and making my move in easy and put me much closer to work. Our tour was great! Cameron did a great job and was very thorough. He showed us all 4 different floor plans that we were interested in. Jewel is definitely at the top of our list on our search for apartments!
